Do you send superbills to submit to insurance?

If a patient would like a superbill or invoice to submit for potential reimbursement, we can provide one after testing is complete.
Please email billing@i-labs.us and include the following information:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Name of the clinic that placed the order
