Getting Started:
Accounts are created per clinic. If a licensed provider is ordering for the first time under an existing clinic, they can begin placing orders immediately.
You do not need Provider Portal access to order kits—portal access is only required for viewing results.
To place your first order:
Select Order a Kit (top right corner)
Your first order will automatically trigger clinic account creation, if needed. Kits may be shipped to your practice or drop-shipped directly to patients. Once submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and email updates throughout fulfillment and shipment.
Please ensure your email system allows messages from i-Labs.
