Getting
Started

We work with providers treating patients both virtually and in person. If your kit is shipping to you, below are the next steps.

Complete
the Form
Included
In Your Kit

Step 1

If your provider is virtual and/or your kit is coming directly to you, it will include a requisition form inside.

Completing the form helps us process your sample efficiently. Be sure to check off the panel/test(s) your specimen is to be tested for. If you are unsure, contact your provider.

Step 2

You have flexibility in choosing where you get your blood drawn. Many options are available on our website, or contact your preferred lab. No matter where you choose, we recommend calling ahead to ensure they can accommodate you, as some labs have restrictions. Read the directions for blood draw collection on the requisition form.

Step 3

Your specimen needs to be processed quickly after being drawn, so it’s important to follow these guidelines to ensure it stays viable. Each kit includes an overnight bag for swift delivery. Please note our lab processes specimens Monday through Friday. Schedule your blood draw Monday-Thursday and avoid late Thursday if there’s any doubt about next-day delivery by FedEx.

Consult
With Your
Provider

Step 4

Results are sent to your provider and can take around 7-10 business days for processing. Providers then need time to review results to ensure they can tailor a plan best suited for you. We do not offer consultations for patients at this time and strongly encourage you to follow up with your provider on any questions you may have.
